All credit card transactions are managed by Square. Arizona Lapidary does not store credit card information. You may also pay via PayPal.

Shipping Policies:

We ship using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes whenever possible. Your shipping costs will include a Flat Rate Box sized as required to ensure your order safely arrives, shipping insurance, & a handling fee ($3 USA domestic packages; $5 International).  All shipments are insured; if by some horrendous happenstance, your items are lost or broken your only recourse is through a USPS insurance claim. We work very hard to make sure every package is safely and securely wrapped. By ordering from us you agree to not hold us responsible for any loss or breakage. 

Refund Policies:

This policy does not apply to items that are broken, damaged, or lost during shipment (see “Shipping Policies” above). The following policy applies only to shipped merchandise – there are no refunds for items purchased in-store. If you are truly not happy with your shipped purchase you must, within five calendar days of your receiving it (as shown by the carrier delivery receipt), (1) notify us by phone (1-520-399-6641) and (2) ship the purchased item back to us at your expense. The item must be received by us in the exact original condition it was sent to you. Refunds will only be arranged once the item has been received and its original condition confirmed. Refund shall only be for the returned merchandise amount + original shipping charges. Failure to meet all the above requirements will result in your refund being refused and/or your item being donated to charity.
